Huddersfield Feral and Strays pride ourselves in never turning down a cat that needs help. We encounter cats and kittens that require very special homes due to their needs.
Some of these cats require special homes because they are:
- Blind / partially sighted
- Had limbs removed.
- Suffer with Feline Cerebellar Hypoplasia (Wobbly Cat Syndrome)
- Deaf / hard of hearing
- Have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) – Feline AIDS
Special Needs cats deserve a chance of a happy life and we believe that every cat deserves a 2nd chance.

This gorgeous boy was found straying at Pets at Home in Halifax. He is absolutely adorable and so friendly. We believe this little boy deserves a chance at happiness. Most other places would just put him to sleep but we feel every cat deserves a forever home!
